Just One

I forgot to mention my Monday weigh-in.

*sigh* Just one pound. And I worked out harder. It's probably because week 1 (5 lb) was just water weight, huh?

Week 2: one pound
Total 2 week weight loss: Six pounds.

Plus, when you work out a lot you turn fat into muscle, which weighs more. You shouldn't judge just by the scale, but also by the way your clothes fit.

You are doing good. It's not the weight at first, it's the size of your clothes that tell you that you are doing well
