Week 4

Ok, yea. Monday Weigh-in I know you are SO EXCITED!!!

End of week four loss: 1 lb. (*sigh*)
End of 4 weeks: 10.5 lb.

So, ten & 1/2 in one month. Not bad right?


Better than gaining. :)

Losing 10 pounds in a month is A LOT! Besides, it really is better to lose weight gradually (1 - 2 lbs p/ week). It's healthier and you'll be more likely to keep it off. Best of luck!

I think it's great. Steady loss is always best!
