Jacob Frisenda of Pine Ridge High School has been recognized as a 2011-2012 Discus Award winner for his achievements in the areas of Arts, Academics, and Community Service. The Discus Awards is a national program that provides recognition and scholarship opportunities to all-around high school students who excel in three of ten key attributes. Jacob is now eligible for 2011-2012 Discus Awards scholarships.
