Busy Week

The postings are sparse, I know. We've just had a really busy week. I worked Monday through Wednesday at the office, finishing the days by making fondant and cakes at home. Thursday, we spent the day at Islands of Adventure with friends from California, and now I'm continuing the crazy week by baking and assembling more cakes. See my cake blog for more info.
